Balance for mind, body & spirit

Juliana opened her first store when she was twenty-three years young. She wanted it to feel different, upscale and comfortable, artful and relaxed. A place your mother or your grandmother would feel at ease walking into.

Her path started with a plant. She spent two years in East Tennessee learning hemp from the ground up: planting, cultivating, cloning, harvesting, processing. She worked alongside farmers, processors and growers, and sat in on the state's task force hearings at the capital, listening to doctors, professors, farmers and lawmakers argue over how a plant should be grown and sold. Those years taught her something that had little to do with hemp itself: that nature has been quietly holding the answers the whole time, and that most of us were never taught how to listen.

Then came the people. Well over sixty thousand of them have walked through her doors, asking questions, telling her what hurt, what wasn't working, what they'd already tried. After enough of those conversations, the pattern was impossible to miss. We are exhausted. We are overstimulated. We are handed quick fixes by companies that profit from us never actually getting better. Our modern world has been working against us, and somewhere along the way we forgot what our grandparents and their grandparents knew by heart: how to care for the whole self: mind, body, and spirit, with what nature already provides, with rhythm, with patience, with intention.

That realization is what shaped where the store is going now.

The Wellness Market is where the most intentional products in the world are presented to you by people who genuinely care what goes into your body, so that is where Juliana has chosen to build. No big corporations. Only small businesses making small-batch, organic, ethically sourced products, each one with a story she can tell you herself.

But products alone were never going to be enough. Real change happens when you understand what you're using and why. Alongside the curated shelves, Juliana and her multidisciplinary team offer guidance: Ayurvedic and nutrition-focused consultations, wellness coaching, and personalized support, extended through digital guides, workshops, and classes both in-store and online.

Her dream is simple, and bigger than a store.

I want to restore balance in our society through products, practices, and workshops that help us all remember what we're capable of.

Come in. Ask questions. Take your time. We are here as your guide.
