The short version

We collect what we need to sell you something and to answer you afterwards. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

What we collect

When you order. Your name, email address, delivery or shipping address and phone number, and what you bought. Payment is handled by Square: your card details go to Square, not to us, and we never see or store a full card number.

When you ask to be notified. If you ask us to tell you when something is back in stock, we keep your email address, the product, and when you asked.

When you sign up for the newsletter. Just your email address, and when you signed up.

When you browse. Standard web server logs, which include your IP address and which pages were requested. We use them to keep the site working.

What we do with it

Fulfil and deliver orders, answer questions, tell you when something is back if you asked, and send the newsletter if you signed up for it. Nothing else.

Who else is involved

• Square processes payments and holds order records. Their privacy policy covers what they do with that.
• Our hosting provider runs the servers this site is served from.
• We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Email

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can also just ask us to take you off. A stock notification is a single message about the item you asked about.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Stock notifications until the item is back and you have been told. Newsletter sign-ups until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will — except where we have to keep an order record for tax purposes. Contact the store and we will sort it out.

Children

This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
