Shipping, Pickup & Delivery

Ship it to me

Flat-rate shipping anywhere in the United States, free above the threshold shown at checkout. Orders are packed at the Madison store, usually within 1–2 business days, Monday to Saturday.

We do not ship outside the United States.

Pick up in store

Free. Orders are usually ready the same day during store hours, and we will hold them for you. Bring the order confirmation.

Same-day local delivery

A local courier delivers to nearby ZIP codes for a flat fee, with an order minimum and a daily cutoff — all three are shown on the product page and again in your cart before you pay. Order after the cutoff and it goes out the next delivery day.

The delivery area is a specific list of ZIP codes. You can check yours on any product page before ordering. Outside the area, shipping and in-store pickup are still available.

Tracking

You will receive a receipt by email when you pay. For shipped orders we will follow up with tracking once the parcel is collected.

Something wrong with a delivery

See our returns policy, or just contact the store — a damaged or missing order is our problem to fix, not yours.
