Who you are buying from

This site is operated by FloydCo LLC, trading as The Wellness Market, Madison, Alabama.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged by Square at checkout. Every line of your order is re-priced from our catalogue at the moment you pay, so the price you are charged is the current one. Sales tax is calculated by Square where it applies.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example when an item turns out to be unavailable, when a price is clearly wrong, or when we cannot deliver to the address given. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you get a full refund.

Stock and preorders

Stock is checked again immediately before payment, so an item can become unavailable between adding it to your cart and paying. Where preorder is offered, the shipping window shown when you order is the one we commit to; if we cannot meet it we will contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Products and health information

We sell food, supplements and body-care products, not medicines. Nothing on this site — including our guides, product descriptions and the wellness goals used to help you browse — is medical advice, and no product sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Consultations and coaching offered by our team are educational and are not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider. Talk to yours before starting anything new, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, managing a health condition or taking medication.

Your account and emails

If you ask us to tell you when something is back in stock, or sign up for our newsletter, we use your address for that and nothing else, and you can ask us to remove it at any time. See our privacy policy.

We try to keep everything here accurate, but product information — including descriptions supplied by manufacturers — may contain errors and can change. Images are illustrative.

Content on this site belongs to FloydCo LLC or its suppliers. Please do not copy it for commercial use without asking.

Liability

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.
