Orders & Shipping
Do you ship outside Alabama?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the United States at a flat rate, calculated at checkout.
How long does in-store pickup take?
Orders are usually ready the same day at our Madison store. We'll let you know when yours is ready — please bring a photo ID.
Which areas do you deliver to the same day?
We deliver by local courier to ZIP codes around Madison and Huntsville. Order before the daily cutoff and your order goes out the same day; addresses outside the delivery area are shipped instead.

Where are you located and when are you open?
8490 Highway 72 W, Suite 160, Madison, AL 35758. We're open Monday through Saturday, 10am to 6pm, and closed Sunday.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Our team offers guidance, coaching and consultations in both English and Spanish.

What happens in a consultation?
A one-on-one session where we talk through your goals and daily routine, then walk the shelves together so you leave knowing what you bought and why. Book by phone or ask in store.
Is there a charge for in-store guidance?
No. Asking our team questions while you shop is always free. Longer one-on-one consultations and coaching are paid services.
Products
Can you tell me what to take for a specific condition?
No — we're a retail store, not a medical provider, so we can't diagnose anything or recommend products to treat a condition. We can explain how products are traditionally used and what's in them, and we'd encourage you to talk with your healthcare provider, especially if you take medication.
Do you carry hemp or CBD products?
Not at The Wellness Market — this store carries non-hemp wellness products only. Those products are handled separately under their own license.
